Trading, This for That, is simple and effective: No haggling, No drama, No delays.  Simply list what you have to trade, for what you want.  Ok, let's say that you aren't looking for anything in particular but you want to make a trade.  You can list what you have, in an effort to find out what you can get.  For example, Joe's Listings was: What can I get for a grandfather's clock?  He received offers of dining room furniture, a tiller, computer, and more.  The possibilities are endless.

But wait: There's More.  What if you're one of the few people who have absolutely no material items to trade.  Good news: unlike any other site, HERE, you can Trade Problems, Swap Worries, and Share Solutions! 

Wait, how do you trade problems?  Easy, first state what you are or your skill set and then your problem.  For example, Ben is a chef. His problem is that he is 40 pounds over weight.  He wants to trade his problem.  Alex, a personal trainer, spots Ben's listing and offers a solution: If you will cook me two healthy meals each day, I will work with you until you reach your desired weight!  Alice, a dietitian, also spotted the listing and offered to work with Ben if he'd cater her wedding.  You can also Swap Worries for encouragement and Share your Solutions and any items that you'd like to give to those in need, all right here! 

AND, In case you're wondering: YES, you can trade merchandise for money and, more important, you can trade money for what you want!
